HOW TO APPLY:
Pour water into a clean gypsum basin. Sprinkle Satin Surface Finishing Plaster in the water/basin until sufficient rate is achieved (10 kg gypsum / 6.5 l water).
Wait for some minutes for the gypsum to absorb water, while mixing the mortar until an even mixture is realized. Use mechanical mixer to have the ideal mixture.
Apply mortar to the surface with a steel trowel, and carry out final surface smoothing with steel trowel.
POINTS TO CONSIDER:
Ensure that surface is clean and free of any oily substance
All equipment to be used for application must be clean
Do not add water or gypsum in the process of mixing.
When Satin Surface Finishing Plaster is ready for usage do not add anything else.
Ensure that minimum application thickness is 0.5 mm
Shave traces of the plaster on the surface with a trowel at the end of the application.
