HOW TO USE:
Pour water into a clean gypsum basin.
Add Adhesive Plaster (POP) into the water in the basin until sufficient rate is achieved (10 kg gypsum / 7.0 l water
Wait for some minutes for the gypsum to absorb water. Then mix the mortar until an even mixture is achieved. Mechanical mixer set to a low speed could be used for the ideal mixture.
Pour mixture into greased molds until setting time. Usage time (average) is 8 -10 minutes
Condensed POP is removed from the plaster mold when the plaster is ready for use.
POINTS TO CONSIDER:
Ensure that the molds are completely dry before application is done
All tools/equipment used in the mixing process must be as clean as possible.
Molds must be lubricated with mold oil for effective result
Hemp or fiber can be used to fortify the plaster.
Water should not be added to the plaster during mixing of the mortar.
The plasterboard once out of the mold should be completely kept at room temperature until dry.
Ensure that the floor is made rough before installation is carried out
Moisten the floor (if dry) before installation for best outcome
